Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Home Whisper application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by OBIERTON TOV (collectively, the “Application”). OBIERTON TOV is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

Information Collection

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Local Data Storage

Home Whisper is designed to keep household data locally on your device. Tasks, notes, room categories, priorities, due dates, recurring schedules, custom lists, reminder settings, completion history, and related preferences are not stored on OBIERTON servers through normal use of the Application.

Precise Location Information

Home Whisper does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-Party Access and Sharing

Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

Data Retention

OBIERTON does not retain users' household tasks, notes, custom lists, reminders, completion history, or preferences on company servers through normal use of Home Whisper. This application data remains locally on the user's device.

If you voluntarily contact OBIERTON outside normal Application use, for example by email, information you choose to provide may be handled only for the purpose of responding to your communication and may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because Home Whisper does not store your normal household-planner data on OBIERTON servers, there is no server-side Home Whisper account or household-data record that needs to be deleted.

To remove locally stored tasks, lists, notes, recurring schedules, completion history, reminders, and preferences, use available in-app controls if provided, your device's application-storage controls, or uninstall Home Whisper.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to OBIERTON outside the Application, you may request deletion by contacting support@obierton.site.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
